A good clutch shop

I am looking for a good clutch shop. I have 104k on my G and thinking its probably the stock clutch from day 1. SO I am thinking about replacing it. Also should I try and replace my flywheel as well with a lil bit lighter one. I am going to be na forever but with as many bolt-ons as I can one day. I don't want to go to light to where it chatters while in N, but something lighter than stock, 28lbs right? So any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Also would going with the OEM, Exedy, clutch be a bad idea or should I upgrade to something a lil bit better. Thanks in advance
