Sorry you feel the way you do. I do know Dustin tried very hard to deal with you and your GF about the Impul sides. I'm not going to argue with you. I do believe there is 2 sides of every story.......Again every company has issues here and there. What you don't hear is the good far outweigh the bad...So yes as of late 3 customers have had some issues. We try to resolve all of the issues. 1 happened to be a raffle issue.

fyi Impul sides made of FBR have always had issues since these were made. Strafe doesn't make any of these sides. The best fitting impuls are Arch's Poly...Happy Holidays.

 

I ain't gonna get into it with you also, but its not only my case. And its not only product issues. 9 out of 10 bad reviews I hear about u guys is about customer service. Seems like when there is an issue with a customer, you guys ain't very good with handling it.
