New CF Hood

Finally took a pic of the hood...let me know what you guys think.

hmm...carbon on red is geez, but i'd prefer OEM style hood. not diggin' the vents, but to each their own. congrats though man.

nice, though I'm not a fan of excessive vents and scoops.

r those actually vented to just for the look. how much did you pay for that plus shipping? jus wondering.

under the hood, there is a piece of plastic or fiberglass screwed on. this piece can be removed to make the vents and scoop functional.

total i paid for this hood was $818 or something like that. isn't eBay great?

Hey I saw you drive past me the other day. You were going from Waiakamilo to Nimitz Hwy. Very interesting hood. Reminds me of the Corvette Summer hood.

$800... Dayam... that's expensive... Nice though... Are you the same G that has the huge sticker on the rear window...?

yeah, i was there last week thursday...dropped my co-worker off at pomalu to pick up his truck.

yup, got the huge, white "ainokea" sticker. gotta get a new one though, i put it on crooked. haha.

Kinda looks like some of the CF hoods with vents and scoops on NFSU2.....now all you need is some Hawaiian tribal vinyl graphics on the sides and some underbody neon/LEDs and watch out West Coast Customs...........

Not my cup of java but looks good......

same hood different color

Here is my G with the same hood. I hate to say it, but $800+ you got ripped off unless you are including shipping. I paid $500 total. Hope you like the pics
