You could try Capone's Ultimate Auto near Ala Moana. Drop the car and go shopping, or looking anyway.
If you are concerned about the way they do things, the best thing is to just talk to Capone about how you want them to do your car. If his answers aren't up to your expectations, go somewhere else.

Midas Touch in Ala Moana ground floor by Sears. Platinum package gets you wash + 3 coats of ZAINO by hand. Takes about 3-4hrs, so I'd call ahead and make an appointment. Well worth it.
