I have only been on Oahu since the October 1 and I want to get my windows tinted was quoted 334 to tint my windows using Pinacle ceramic tint. Is this the norm for Oahu? I don't remember the name of the place but it was by the Navy NEX. I am use to paying 130-150 to get my windows tinted.

hands down, Al's Tinting in Aiea is the best place. not cheap though.

 

Al's should be around 250 for the Ceramic Tint Installed... That's where I got my tint installed and they did a great job.

Basic Tint (regular film) would be about 125-150 installed i think.

Al's also had a new ceramic tint but I don't know how much they charge for that one.

 

I will call both places to see when they can tint my car do y'all know if they tint all the way to the top of the window?

just tinted my coupe at al's tinting last week... they did a great job on the tint, and it goes all the way to the top of the window... i went with the 35% huper optik ceramic tint... with this type of film its $340 for a coupe and $360 for a sedan.

 

I notice your tint lastnight at zippys, it's perfect, just right.

That sounds like T&T Tinting. I got that tint in 35% but payed $270-290ish for it. They did an ok job on tint but a horrible job on my clear bra.

 

protint in Kalihi, great job and a fair price. takes time though, plan to leave the car for the whole day and make an appointment in advance.

 

Okay thanks for all the help but you have to give me street locations being that I have only been here for 2 weeks or better yet City, town, directions form Kapolie or Hickam AFB etc...

I got the windows tinted at Al's I brought the V Block Tint (520.00) I could have probably just went with the Ceramic tint but I wanted the best they had... Guess I know how to spoil my G.
