Sold my first car!

I just sold my first car yesterday! Woo hoo, popped the cherry. The guy owned a '05 G35C. I got him a sweet *** deal too. For protection purposes, I won't mention his name but some of you may see him cruisin' in a black on black FX35 now. I used to be a Lexus only guy...now that I see what is actually put into Infiniti cars, I am defnitely a big fan. You Infiniti guys rock!

Congrats on popping your cherry!

I remember when I sold my 1st car...it was waaayyyy back in '96 & I was working at Cutter Ala Moana...selling Mazda, VW, Audi, Porsche.

Then I went to New City Nissan in '97.

Then got out of the business until October last year. Worked at Infiniti (in Montclair, CA) 'til July and then moved to BMW (Buena Park, CA).

Its a great feeling to help people buy a car...especially special cars like Infiniti's & BMW's. Sure, the money isn't bad...but to see how happy most clients are when they drive off is a feeling on its own level, y'know?

Unfortunately there are the mooches...the ones that grind for hours & hours, just over a few hundred dollars. And even if they end up getting the discount they wanted, they still screw you on your CSI Survey. Oh well, don't let those get you down - I think most buyers out there will be happy to let you make your commission, as long as you give them the service they deserve. Keep up the good work, dude!

PS - say 'hi' to Alan Jang for me...tell him sorry I didn't have time to visit when I was home last week! Mahalo's!
