When cooler heads prevail...

Well, not like this should be funny but I found some satisfaction in it.
Tonight on my way home from DandB's where I subsequently saw a widebody s13 with driftapparel decals on it, with some huge front and rear wheels. I mean the front lip looks on the gt-c's looked bigger than most i've seen on G's. Back to my story, i was on the Pali heading home. I was in the far left lane driving at about 40 just a little over the speed limit while pacing with another car. Just as i pass the park, a base model mustang cuts me off to speed ahead, i saw him coming but figured it would be pointless to speed up and block him cause there are 3 lanes. Anyway, after about a minute i end up right behind him at the second to the last light on the Pali. It crossed my mind to just blow his dorrs off and give him a thorough bitchin but figured that i'd air on the side of caution because of the popo. Instead of me leaving him behind, some intrepid decides to race him and they dissapear out of sight(very slowly i might add). After a minnute or so, i come up to the resovoir and what do i see, an intrepid on the side with hazards on, and the mustang in the bushes(literally). I drove past and shook my head with a pretty big smile. Long story short, another reason why racing on the road is a dumbass idea. Even if you actually know what you're doing, there are fifteen other drivers out there who don't, that's all it takes for some major *** disaster. Drive Akamai

well....i used to sell Fords. and i can tell you that the TC on mustangs....don't work all that well. if the wheel's slip and you decide "wth i'm gonna keep accelerating anyway" ur in for a heap of trouble cuz the car will spin out and you'll just look stupid all around cuz ur traction control failed to cut power to the wheels that were slipping. i "saw" and heard about at least 4 incidents with mustangs coming back to Ford with that problem.

but other then that props to keeping ur head straight and not racing.

Nah, these GT-C's were huge. I know what you mean about the small labia's but these were actually huge. The Fronts were about 4" i swear.
