You are going to have to go really slow. Also use a heat gun to soften the paint in the area to minimize paint chipping. You still might chip the paint though, that is not guranteed. You can only cut down the odds of it happening.

At the same time, looking at the lip, since it is joined at the bottom...it might pinch as you roll it. You might want to see if you can snip the lip a little here and there to make the roll easier. Technically breaking apart the total area that you would be rolling at one time.

Goodluck and basically there are no gurantees..you can only minimize the potential of chipping. Go slow though, it will allow the paint to stretch a little versus going really fast and forcing the paint to adjust.

oh and be careful where the rear fender meets the rear bumper. i think it would be better to cut that area rather than roll. or else it'll come out looking like mines...

Maybe they hear that car is no stranger to the track.

How much did that fender roller cost? I had some bare metal under my car, i covered it with the "do-it-yourself" rhino lining from checkers. I think if you cut, it would be a good idea to get something similar. Listen to the guys who have already done it, no lessons learned like when you fu:ck up.
