getting off my lazy ****

ive decided to get off my lazy *** and start workin on my trunk! i ordered a custom box for my 2 10"s for my trunk and realized that airspace is basically non-existant and so ive started building a custom fiberglass sub box. basically so far ive got the mold and my mdf sub rings. should be done within the next two weeks ill post some pix as i progress
should be fun

Sounds fun, just be carefull with the fiberglass. make sure u use proper safety steps, after all its bad for ur health.

there are lots of G's with custom trunks. my friend that tried to put the RB motor in had a custom trunk in the '03 SCSO.

man, i'm seeing a lot of G's for sale lately. kinda trips, but then again infiniti/nissan has a lot coming. maybe they're waiting for the upcoming vehicles.

songkp012: you lay carbon fiber too??

^.. yah you... tell me about it... but our buddy with the 20" GT-C selling his because he has no sense in keeping the car because he doesnt even use it. Has a work truck and was told that he rather save the money than pay for something that collects dust in the garage... then i thought about it... that's why i use the G all the time now...

other than a set of kickpanels for my buddies car its my first sub enclosure project basically instructions off the internet but i been takin my time. its not as hard as i thought. as for layin carbon fiber i have detailed step by step instructions but it seems extremely difficult so maybe one day

perhaps you can forward the instructions to me. i can lay fiber, but in amateur status. i'd love to take up cf as a new hobby.
