Injen CAI from 350z on 06' 6MT coupe

I put an Injen CAI from a 350z but the blow by hole on the injen pipe isnt long enough to reach the OEM blow by hose. Should I get a filter of some kind to go over the OEM blow by hose and cover the Injen hole or what? Any suggestions would be appreciated

I am having trouble finding the correct Injen CAI for my '06 G35 6-speed coupe. I found two: RD1992P (Race Division/Polished) and SP1993P (Speed Pro/Polished). None of them say that they will fit the '06 model with manual tranny. I tried calling up some part shops and they think neither of them will fit. Please help me out if you can. BTW how do you like your CAI? Did you notice a drop in your low end hp like I've read in other posts?
