Injen intake in short ram mode...

heard a lot about the sick sounds the injen intake can make especially the turbo spooling sound... but im not too sure if i should install the intake as a CAI, i live in Oklahoma and the weather is completely random... i may just do a short ram type install + heat shield... am i still gna get the same sound effects???? or should i just go with the more boring (aesthetically) z-tube/pop charger setup??... im prob. not gna get the same spooling sound from it either... any opinions!!!!.... is the injen in short ram mode gna work well with the MREV????

It'll work with the MREV just fine!!! You'll get the similar sound with the Ztube combo but not like the Ingen. I had one on my other VQ and it was loud when you jumped on the gas. Sounds sweet. As far as more ponies I doubt either way, probably the same. Then there is cost. That's up to you. If you want noise, go Ingen otherwise it all about money. Please don't believe if it cost more.............. it's better. Better sounding is true but cost for HP....... NAH!!! Hope it helps.
