1 question on Stillen CAI
what is the chance of it hydrolocking.. cause i live down vancouver.. during fall winter spring.. it rains bascially everyday.. not sure if i should get this or the short ram..
same as stock
its a short ram, so it won't hydrolock unless the upper parts of your engine come into contact with water. This will only happen if your car is submerged in water. You'll have bigger problems if that happens

Well.... almost the same as stock.
The elevation is the same as stock, but the box is more open.
Still, normal splashing, rain etc..... are a non-issue.
You would have to drive through standing water above the filter height to injest water.

I live just south of you in Bellingham, WA. I've had this intake for a year, no problems. There is a drain at the bottom of the intake that attaches to the stock drain tube(Don't know exactly what it's for, but I assume it's a drain).
