DIY for popcharger?

i can't seem to find the DIY for popcharger. I want to look at it, because one of the plastic sheild doesn't seem right. is the upper rubber trim flip inside the filter or outside? It seems like it's suppose to flip outside. Pleas help, thank you.

not sure exactly what you mean, but it should be on the outside. otherwise it'd be restricting air flow.

what's the best way to solve that AC line problem? where can i find a rubber pad for tube?

foam and a zip tie... or rubber tubing and a zip tie

auto parts store or home depot

i installed my popcharger, but whenever i step down on the gas, i can hear 'weeeeeeee' the suction sound. Is it normal?

other solution is stillen Ztube, it clears.

I know this post is a bit old, but just out of curiosity, does anyone know if the popcharger install is bolt on? I saw instructions for a 350 popcharger install and it mentions drilling holes? Is the G35 install different? Do you need to drill any holes? Or is it really simple?

PC is bolt on... no drilling of any holes is needed... its easy if you have the right tools... which i believe is a 10mm with a extensions, phillips screw driver and umm some patience?

Ya, installation is a breeze. The only part thats a pain in the *** is dealing with the rubber flaps for the heatshield.

As for the suction sound, thats normal, it whistles until you get on it, then it just roars

You need a flat head too. Just got done installing mine.
