Does it make your car sound louder at speeds above 165 MPH?

what exactly and how it is done???

and secondly, how hard it will be to make it stock again, in case I do not like the result????

trust me your not going to like it..for one..no hp gains what so ever..raspy as hell...and to answer your question..it's as easy as going to your local exhuast shop having them cut off your res.pipe and welding a straight pipe in place ..and vise versa if you want to go back to stock ...if you want to spend the 25 bucks why not just go buy a e-bay greddy oil cap....

I did exactly the same thing with my '01 Maxima. It gave the stock muffler a little louder breathing, but I had to go with an aftermarket muffler after that anyway since it was still too quiet. With the G's already nice sounding exhaust this will actually make it a bit louder for those who want it. I don't know why some people crack jokes in this case. I really don't care about power gains, and if high flow cats will make me fail inspection, I would actually consider removing the resonator just for the sound. To each his own.
A sound clip would be nice!!!

Ok guys you givin me crap??? Ya know not all of us have disposable cash to spend 700-1000 bills on a exaust system... So if I can make it sound a little better for 25 bills I save the rest for my wheels and tires that will hopefully come soon. Dont remember who quoted but they were correct, just take it to a muffler shop and have it cut out and a piece of pipe welded in place. I kept mine so that if I want to replace later I can. Also if you want to you can have them install flanges on the new piece of pipe so that you can just bolt it in. It will cost more though.

dang, and i just spent $1400 for the Stillen TD. I could have saved a bunch and just took a sawzall to the factory exhaust.....

that thing sounds freaking horrible. the only thing missing is a pair of coffee can sized tips. Or maybe just put in some glasspacks.....

I do not think I am wrong when I say that people spend the money on the exhaust for more power. The deeper sound is just a plus.
