I disconnected my battery the night before I installed the MREV+ and 5/16" spacer combo. I noticed that you have the RevUp ('05+ w/6MT) engine. You will be better served if you also install the MREV2, as well. The spacer will not afford much for the RevUp engine. It's better suited for the non RevUp engine. There are quite a few thread posted on this subject.

Thnk you for the info. Planning on getting the mrev2 later on in the month of september. I know i should do both at same time, but will just install this one tonight. Also, i have heard that if u buy the cf stillen cover, it has to be cut to fit our car's? is this true? also, anyone install the stillen engine dampner? i decided instead of jumping here and there as far as buying parts...i will start in the engine bay first, then suspension, then exhaust, then rims. Do everything in sections.

I never reset anything. As long as you don't disconnect the throttle body harness, there's no need to reset anything.

installed it last night. pretty easy, but just took us awhile because we wanted to make sure we did it right. What took us a long time were the guide pins because the number 4mm did not fit in there properly...either than that pretty easy. I can tell there is a little bit more growl in the engine, either than that a little bit of power down low and in the mid range from what i felt. I notice the difference not at WOT but just regular driving.

More than I had planned on . . . HKS Hi-Power exhaust, clear bra, stillen sway bars, gialla grille, stillen hi-flow airbox, grounding wires, mrev+ w/5/16" spacer, sf winnings on 255/285/35x19, 350z h-techs, spc camber/toe bolt combo, plus a few small cosmetic things. Ummm . . . a few things on the way.

I still have to install the mrev2 for Tony on the dyno, figure out exactly what I ultimately want to do with the suspension, get a tune via an UniChip and hopefully call it a day.

Compared to the many of members here, I haven't even started modding, yet. LOL . . . Stay away from these boards, if you know what's good for you.

How long did it take you guys to install MREV/spacers? How about just spacers? And was it fairly easy?

LOL...yeah, i just got done dropping a little more than 12 grand on a 2004 Honda Accord that I ultimately ended up trading in for this car. Had PnP Heads, bored out intake runner, thermoblock spacers, aem v2, punched out cats, o2 simulatos, tein ss-p, rotora f/r cross drilled slotted rotors, neuspeed short shifter, 18 axis mod rims powdercoated black, comptech exhaust, front and rear sways, camber and toe kit, apex 'i ground kit...stuff that was bought and not installed....AEM FPR, VAFC 2, NX Wet kit with remote bottle opener, purge kit...also 03-04 mdx block...long story with that. Was changing displacement from 3.0 liters to 3.5. Everything bolted nicely to block, except for tranny...FRom that point on I blame everything on the mechanic. Had the worst experience of my life with them. Now i have this and I have had it only for a month and a half and already started again with this car.
