Injen Ti Teaser

Just got it in the mail, installing tomorrow. Some teaser pics for now, will post more later, and some sound clips to follow.

yep I heard it drones pretty loud in cabin but sounds awesome outside, one reason why I had to take that off my list.

Yeah, well aware of the drone, I can't wait. I've done my share of research on this one, ready for it. It's gonna make me feel like my cars actually running when i'm at a stop light.

The drone isn't as bad as what I anticipated when I installed mine.

Just out of curiosity, what is your reasoning for getting an e-cutout (usually an FI mod) for your N/A car w/ almost no power modifications?

(1) it sounds fvckin sick
(2) im not sure if its the plenum spacer or this but i kept up with my friends 06 6mt

we started at a stop and i had my cutout open. my start (low end) felt very sluggish but as i got to the top end i really felt it pull. just me? perhaps. but it sounds crazy sick and i have the luxury of returning back to that sweet stock sound!

can I ask where you ordered from? Intense is quoting me a ship date of mid-October since apparently these are on backorder from Injen.

Injen is sick as hell. Youll love it. The droning is terrible but roll down the windows and turn up the music and youll be set.

Heres a couple videos of my car pre-pop charger.

+1 on sickness. Ok, so sorry for no pics or vids yet. Waiting til the weekend to do some cool shi'ite. But yes a) LOUD b) droning is tolerable above 3K RPMs

If you have a stick, it's definately easier to "control" the drone becuase you can shift down instead of keeping it in a higher gear, in lower RPMs, giving you more of that "drone".

But once you let that thing go, breakin necks. Besides, I use to drive a lifted truck with 35 inch mud tires, nothing can be more loud than superswampers going 70 down the free way. Trust me, nothing.

Actually the drone is from 1800-2600 rpm with 1800-2000 rpm being the worst ... after living with it for a while, you would either can/ can't live with it....To be honest, I can't live w/o the drone....all stock exhaust seems too 'virgin' and I would miss that drone if I'm in a stock coupe (I''ve Injen SES installed in my car for around 15k Miles)
