ur car must be slow as **** running on headers... the exhaust system adds the right amount of back pressure to achieve a decent amount of torque... u might get more hp from the free flowing exhaust, but your acceleration must be terrible... also careful u dont mess up ur heat shielding or burn something on the under carriage...

I did this while in the middle of my test pipe installation. It was obnoxiously loud, but so damn sexy... My neighbor who never talks to me because he's into old muscle cars was even interested in what was going on.

It's definately slower, but I didn't do it to gain any power I was just curious how it sounded now that i've driven it like this for a week i'm ready to put the stock exhaust back on and call it a day. It was fun it sounds like a 900hp v8 basicly lol. I set off a ****load of car alarms when pulling to work.
