?! quick z-tube questionnn

what is this i'm hearing of z-tubes rubbing with A/C line(s)? where is this line, and is "rubbing" important/harmful to any part of the car, and are there any ways to fix the "rubbing" entirely?

I believe this is only during the install. The z tube looks like the stock unit without the resonator.
