Is it possible to clean HKS cannisters to look like new?

I noticed that my cannister's on my HKS Hi-power are looking a little brownish (not too much)? I'm assuming because of the heat soak, because the resonators still look.

So I'm wondering what kind of cleaner will remove that brownish look off the cannisters.

Anybody else experience this?

Thanks.
