A quick question,,, I have Injen RD1992 CAI. It has been about 7 month since I put it on my car. Do I need to replace the air filter in every certain milege? or should I wash it?

AEM makes washable filters in all kinds of cone sizes. They don't need to be oiled. Or you can wash and re-oil yours which is probably similar to K&N.
You should have instruction with your kit, or on the website.

How long have you had it I would blow it out from the inside with compressed air wipe down with a damp rag then re oil
