FI Exhaust owners please respond ..........

While waiting for my FI exhaust to arrive (stainess version)
I am hoping it will sound deeper and louder (under full throttle especially) than the stock exhaust on my 06 coupe.

When I initially listened to the soundclip on FI's website I wsn't aware the Z in the video had test pipes, too. So what I'm looking for is some feedback from peeps with Fast Intention exhausts who have stock cats. Any "reviews" would be appreciated.

BTW, I posted this request in the tech area seveal days ago and only got 1 response ........ that person does not have FI se-up ....... can you guess who it was ?? HaHa.

that one person he is referring to is me

but he wants someone that actually has the FI system to chime in

but i'll say it again. test pipes/HFCs will really open up your exhaust and make it much louder (at least that's what people have told me when they've heard my HKS with HFCs )

Not sure why the idiot thought it sounded like a honda. i have yet to hear any honda sound deep and throaty, mostly all i hear are the kids running around sounding like a swarm of bees in a tunnel.

From what I understand. They left that clip on there because it sounds
more like what you will get in person. Makes sense when you think
about sound waves getting lost in recording.

Mine is also on the way!

Yes he has mods. I think it was the T/P's but I am sure he has
something.

Hey, Thanks for the Vid and reply's ........ that ought to hold me til my set-up gets here.

BTW, don't know where the video was shot but the ird is a Whiporwill (sp?) ....... they only 'sing' at nite and are kind of strange looking. Even more odd is they build their nests on the ground. I have a place in the Missouri Ozarks and they surround my house in the summer time. Visitors are usually kept awake by them but I think they are very cool!

No its not Ricks car. Way too quiet.

I did however sent a PM and ask that very question. Just not
sure if he said T/P's or HFC's?

Ive got the FI Intimidator and the HFC so I wouldnt be much help to you either. But, the exhaust is awesome. It retains the stock exhaust note but makes it deeper and a bit louder. It gains you power and saves you weight. It doesnt drone, but its loud enough to let others know that youre serious. I love it
