In-Kind (Product) Sponsorship Opportunities, currently we offer SEMI Sponsorship only.

ONLY requires three local or national event car show. We will offer small vinyl decal (2 X 12") must attached rear bumper or fender side until you complete your SEMI-SPONSORSHIP event requirement, once your than you're FREE !!

ARK Performance Inc. offer two types of in-kind sponsorships: Full in-kind sponsorship and Partial in-kind sponsorship.

•Full in-Kind sponsorship includes performance products sponsorship at no cost to the participant. (Shipping fee : Sponsor Recipient expenses)
•SEMI- Sponsorship is a performance products sponsorship at a substantially reduced price to the participant. (Shipping fee : Sponsor Recipient expenses).
•Full Sponsorship consideration is only given to proposals with strong and timely ROI. (Shipping fee : Sponsor Recipient expenses).

Terms and Conditions

The duration of the sponsorship agreements lasts one calendar year from the date in which the ARK Performance Inc. sponsor agreement is received. At the end of the year both parties are free to renegotiate terms for another year. The terms of the agreement are framed on an individual basis. Some examples of the terms of sponsorship includes logo size and placement, event schedules, special appearances, magazine or other media coverage.

ARK Performance requires proof that all products are installed on the Sponsorship Recipient’s vehicle, either though first-person observation by an ARK Performance official or through photographs, within 25 days of receipt of delivery. Failure to supply proof of commitment through first-person observation by an ARK Performance official or through photographs voids the Sponsorship Agreement.

It is understood and agreed that said Rider / Driver / Team and his / her operation of said Competition Vehicle shall be entirely under the Rider / Driver / Team’s control, and the Rider / Driver / Team assumes all risk of injury that might occur from an accident and any injury to Rider / Driver / Team, the public, or to any property whatsoever, by reason of ARK Performance Inc’s execution of this Agreement.

A Sponsorship Recipient (Rider / Driver / Team and his/ her operation ) will indemnify, defend and hold harmless ARK Performance Inc., its parent, subsidiary, and affiliated corporations and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, successors, and assigns, from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, government proceedings, and all costs of expenses, including reasonable attorney fees and costs of suit arising out of any personal injures or claims in connection with any racing or driving activities of Sponsorship recipients.

In the event that the Sponsorship Recipients in unable to fulfill the obligations outlined in the Sponsorship Agreement, the Sponsorship Agreement is VOID. In the event of a voided Sponsorship Agreement between ARK Performance Inc. and the Sponsorship Recipient, the Sponsorship Recipient must return all products listed under “ ARK Performance Inc. commitment ” in like-new condition. If products are no longer in like-new condition, Sponsorship Recipient must pay the full retail price of all part received.

Sponsorship Proposals containing fraudulent and misleading information will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
