Man I dunno. Seems like those lil Borla muffs are amplifiers or something. It makes me sad its soo loud cuz the turbo loves it

 

injen track - it's like a nagging wife at times..sometimes i just want it to shut up. so I give it a 7 under "normal" driving conditions.

 

my stillen w headers is a 4 when cruisin and about a 7 at wot. only loud when stomped which i like.

 

So is the Nismo pretty much the quietest aftermarket there is? I am looking for just a lil more volume and some more bass to the tone... will the nismo do that for me?

so you are saying the Fuju is actually quieter than stock??

What kind of sound does it produce?

I use my car for work and have regional managers in there from time to time>> I cannot get a "loud" modified exhaust. But I would love to do something aftermarket for a little gain.

Sounds like the Fuju may be the answer...???

 

Borla is going to be the loudest and deepest, there are louder out there but they are more shrills than growls - hope that makes sense

 

I have the Nismo and I love it. It is just a tad louder at idle. There is a more noticeable difference in WOT. My opinion is it is perfect for me.

There used to be a thread w/exhaust sound clips on here a about 2 years ago. I listened to them all and fell in love with the Nismo.

 

I have the Pro-1. I love the sound outside the car. It's loud as hell when you stomp it hard. Unfortunately there's ALOT of cabin drone. Just my 2 cents.

I'd like to know about the HKS as well.
That's the best looking exhast IMO.

Sorry for jacking the thread, but I didn't wanna make the similar thread and get flamed.
What I'm looking for is subtle but has a nice tone(high pitch like F1 ) so if possible can repliers add the tone?(deep bass or higher pitch?)
and also wanna know if there's any droning cuz it can be confused with loudness sometimes.

I have the HKS and lovin it! I have megan headers, pro-1 resonated test pipes and the hks hi power true dual. Idle= 3 (like stock), cruising= 4.5 (little louder then stock, no droning at all ), WOT= 9.5 (very loud, headers & tp's contribute greatly to this). When I had my cats on, it was a lot quiter (3, 4, 7.5). There you go!
