Plenum spacer questions
i just ordered my pop charger (with heat shield)
for my 06 g coupe and i was wondering if i should get a spacer, ive been reading threads on here and people are very happy with the results..
so here are my questions:
1) is it worth it?
2) how much would it cost
3) do i have to do any tuning after its installed?
4) how hard is it to install?
thanks for the help...

1) yes
2) depends what you get - motordyneengineering.com for rough prices
3) drive it like you stole it
4) yes
if youre a 6mt, then dont bother with just a spacer. get mrev2 while youre at it.
if youre a 5at, then just get the spacer.

There is a lot of info in the threads on the first few pages of the tech section under the engine, drivetrain reviews.
It is worth the $$ and you can DIY while you have things apart for the intake install.

I have the aam spacer. They claim 15 addition hp too. Haven't had the car dynoed to confirm, but you definately feel the difference w/ a spacer.
I'll be selling the aam spacer soon if you're interested.
