that's the perfect exhaust for someone who wants a TD that is just a tad bit louder but meaner than the stock exhaust

if only it had the looks of hks, i'd be all over it.

Seeing them together, the FI tips look more solid and classier... (IMO better fit for the G)

most people have already agreed that the FI exhaust is more on the classy/conservative side whereas the HKS exhaust is on the aggressive side.

what looks better and belongs on the G is suubjective. it depends on what you see the car as.

Classy in my case, aggressive in others. Just what I want

i like the blue burned-in color on the HKS, just not the thin wall of the tips. A combo of both would be interesting to see... It's all good. Now I read FI is offering custom tip choices, hehe.

I was planning for TT later so decided to stick w/ 2.5" piping, which left me with stillen and FI. Never really considered that the difference in sound would make driving the car that much more fun! (Always thought you guys were weird asking for sound clips - now I think I've listened to every one - and the HKS is sick no question).

I think the FI would look perfect if it had the option of single walled tips, and had the tips centered off the muffler.

If you pay attention to your pic comparison, they FI mufflers tend to be closer together and as a consequence the tips have to be further to the outer edges of the muffler.
