HELP taking off 2004 G35 air filter cover/housing!

i purchased a stillen air filter and am trying to install it on my 2004 G35 coupe and am having problems removing the stock air filter housing.

It seems like that there is something on the bottom of the housing holding it down.

I removed the screw on the right side of the air filter housing (if your facing the engine) and was also able to remove the back portion of the housing along with the air filter, but i am unable to remove the front portion closest to the grill because of something holding down below the air filter housing...

is there a screw down there or some sort of clamp or rivet? and if so how in the heck do i reach down there to remove it??

thanks for the help!

there may be a plastic tap that is connected to an enclosed wire runner and the airbox.. i snapped off the tap, but you may be able to cut the tie. I don't recall any more than one screw/bolt ... there are those plastic ones that pop up..
