Let's just put it this way, it is harder to get the car up on jackstands than it is to actually replace the midpipe.

1. Get car on jackstands or lift to provide enough room to work. I drove the front onto ramps and the jacked up the rear and used jackstands (Please use all necessary safety precautions!).

2. Loosen 2 nuts from Y pipe and 2 nuts from muffler section (14 mm if I recall correctly). You may need some PB plaster, these nuts can get seriously frozen in place if the car is older.

3. Remove rubber hangers. Rather than try to remove the rubber from the midpipe under the car, I simply dropped the entire hanger (10mm bolt in each if I recall correctly).

4. Remove stock midpipe. You may have to loosen the muffler section using the hangers to allow for removal of the midpipe, I replaced the muffler at the same time so I had to drop it as well.

5. Install coupe middy in reverse order. Be sure to use new gaskets if the car is older.

6. Tighten everything up from front to rear. PM me if you don't have the torque specs and I can send them to you.

7. CHECK FOR CLEARANCE. There have been reports of the coupe midpipe banging against heatshields and the bracket that sits below the driveshaft preventing it from dropping if it breaks.

7. Get the car back on the ground and enjoy.

Once you are under the car, you won't need instructions. It will be obvious. As long as you tighten everything back up you cannot screw up the install. The only potential problems will be banging as described above. Run a search and you should find plenty of threads about it, I am just going off of memory.
