some cops have gone through "street racing" classes and have been informed of what to look for. the chances are that cops won't be crawling under your car to find them any time soon, but if they know enough, they can guess by the smell of unburnt gas coming from your car.

as far as sound goes, yeh - it's noticeably louder. but not loud enough that you will get caught - so long as you know how to drive/control your car.

as far as test pipes go - look into fast intentions resonated test pipes.

as for exhausts - fast intentions, hks, stillen, etc.

note: keep in mind that you will have to do the non-fouler mod with test pipes.

I honestly would not recommend test pipes over HFC.

Get some FI HFC, and you'll be fine and satisfied.

.

I have FI resonated TP and Exhaust. I havn't had a problem but the car is noticebly louder. Very good gains/sound also.. I may have then change the Test pipes out for the HFC's because of the unburnt gas smell. It's not really that bad actually but I sometimes get nervous if a cop is around me.. I need to have someone else drive my car with me trailing in a car behind me so I can see just how noticeable the smell is from behind/around the car. We'll see..
