Exhaust Question

Hey guys IM getting my G35 C in like 1 week or 2 I want to know something should I break the car in first before I get the exhaust or just get the exhaust and I want to get a intake also should I wait for like 5K miles then or I can just get the upgrades? THANX GUYS
