The CF tube came with the rubber accordians & clamps and also a bracket and mounting strap, but I couldn't see how they are supposed to mount to anything (no mounting points on the tube), so I didn't do anything. I can wiggle it a little by hand, but it's sturdy otherwise.

I paid $55 for shipping from Japan and to my house, maybe a small fee for the "broker" (the postage label showed he paid $24 just to ship it to me from Cali) and exchanged my original cover, which cost me $7 to ship via FedEx. I like the look a lot better than the original cover. Although, I certainly wouldn't be against slapping a CF cover on it instead.
