^^ Have a computer handy and link into the diy page about headers installation. Also use the instructions that comes w/ the headers (if there is one, my DC's came w/ them). Just have these handy for reference. Follow how the parts are uninstalled and installed. I should have started unbolting anything underneath first... uninstall the driver's side header... drain the radiator... uninstall passenger side. Replace everything in reverse order with all nuts and bolts in headers/cats/exhaust underneath(finger tight)... including the brace... then torque every single nut/bolt/screw. Install misc parts unhooked/uninstalled/unclipped and fill radiator. Start car. This sequence is a better way to do the install in my opinion. It's totally up to you to follow it.
Had a shop (Lokey Infiniti) install my DC sports headers. They charged me $600 for it but they definately knew what they were doing as I watched them do the entire process...they used lots of extenstions upon extenstions for the task...
Like Ian, I also had my headers and HFCs installed at Lokey Infiniti. I have Crawford headers and cats... they sound great with my HKS exhaust. I haven't run them too hard yet, but I notice a big improvement in mid-range power.
