Just bought a used Nismo CAI...

Just bought a used Nismo CAI with a nismo filter. The filter looks pretty dirty so i was wondering if it was worth buying a K&N filter, or just wash the old nismo. Does the K&N make that much of a difference? If so, what size should I buy, there were a ton of different measurements on the site.

Thank you

you clean the nismo filter with the same K&N cleaner/recharger kit so you should never have to replace it. Just clean it!!!

If you don't feel like cleaning it you can buy the K&N cone filter. As far as which filter, you can measure the opening, length, and width of the nismo filter and find a comparable K&N one. That's what I did with my Injen.
