plenum spacer installation problem!!

hey guys i just finished installing my plenum spacer and when i turned on my car and let it idle for a bit and i realized there was some liquid "leaking" to the bottom of the car and there was a little bit of smoke appearing in the engine bay. i double checked all the hoses to see if they were in and they were. i tried it again and there was no liquid leaking anymore but still some smoke and a foul smell. i put the car in the garage because it is starting to get dark now...any ideas what the problem is and how i can fix this? i need to drive the car tomorrow

might be some of the fluids burning off. Let it run for a bit and keep listening for weird noises and keep checking the temp. If the smoke doesent go away in a few min the not to sure.

ok, well another question. the hose that i didnt connect to the back of the plenum, where does it come from? there was obviously some liquid that came out of it, so do i need to replace the liquid from wherever it came or what? from what i can see the hose connects to another hose and ends up coming from the radiator.

its the coolant that came out when you disconnected the throttle body

It comes from the upper back side of the engine. Use a small mirror to find the hose nipple if needed.

Check your radiator resivior tank. Just keep it filled to the nominal level.
