Tried it and it works.....
I had a 2 1/2 diameter Dynomax Bullet Race Muffler put in today in place of the factory resonator. I love it....
I have Crawford HFC and the stock muffler. It sounds exactly like stock, but louder. No rasp at all. It's actually a little deeper just off idle.
Total investment $80
