Sound

I have a 05 G35 Coupe 6mt. I just ordered my first performance/sound MOD the Stillen Intake W/Z tube. I am looking to Increase the sound of my exhaust now. Is there something I can order to achieve this. I would like to keep the stock sound but increase the noise. Any suggestions would be helpful. I do not want to replace the exhaust, nore do I want to add HP CATS. Keeping price in mind $200-$300.00 what can I do. Specific mods would be helpful.

some people have had luck with replacing the stock resonator with a smaller one.

pretty interested in the same thing. I was looking into test pipes, but not sure if I was looking at the right thing for sound too. I like the real deep loud tone.

im trying to find an answer for this too. alot of g owners love the stock sound but want it louder.

Look at Fast Intension Exhuast system. I heard these sound great on coupes.

I know the feeling..I also am looking for an exhaust solution. I want a louder sound but dont want to lose the stock tone.. hope someone finds something soon!

does anyone have list of sound clips for all the different exhausts on the coupes?

i would love to hear what some sound like, stock ride with exhaust only.

look into nismo..supposedly retains the stock sound but amplifies it

ive heard the nismo exhaust (made for the 350z, btw). it's pretty damn quiet. i'm tempted to say it's quieter than the stock exhaust or damn near it.

I would do some FI resonated test pipes if for whatever reason you didnt want some HFC (price I assume).

I heard test pipes on a stock 06 exhaust and it sounded like a$$. I'd save and research an exhaust system that gives you the sound youre looking for.

You probably heard non-resonated test pipes.. the resonated ones have little to no rasp

ive looked into different exhaust and have looked at videos on youtube of almost everybrand . hks sounds great but kinda loud. dont want to wake the neighbors or draw alot of attention from cops. i want my car to sound like a ferrari.
