Recommended Exhaust

I am trying to figure out what exhaust will give me the most bang for my buck for an '06 6MT. I am leaning towards Stillen but I was wondering if anyone had any other sugestions? Intake already installed.

I'm putting a Stillen on my 05 coupe. Nismo and HKS were other considerations. (for me)

You have look and sound to judge - and your the only one that can do that.

Take a look at Fast Intentions as well...

There are quite a few exhaust. It all depends on your taste and style. Me personally, I like the Invidia. But there are others such as Amuse, HKS, Greddy, Injen, JIC, Apexi, Fast Intentions just to name a few.

We are running a 15% discount on all of our AAM exhaust systems right now, let me know what you are looking for and I will send you some prices. I also just saw that you are local, you should come stop by the shop.

HKS is good...but expensive. NISMO might be a good "bang for the buck" system. I just got the Stillen put on last week and I LOVE it! Big improvement over stock in power and sound...goes great with the MREV2/spacer/popcharger!!

I would listen to a few sound clips of various exhausts and decide which one you like.

When it comes down to an exhaust, there's no such thing as bang-for-your-buck considering how expensive exhaust systems are for our cars, and what it gives you in return.

Choosing an exhaust for NA applications should be 95% subjective on the looks & sound.

Now, for my personal opinion: Fast Intentions all the way! I'm in love with this exhaust. Every start up is just amazing. Step on the gas and pedestrians & drivers will all turn their heads!

.

first determine the look and sound you want. Do you want oem style muffler like fujitsubo, nvidia, nismo or round canister like hks, injen. Do you want true dual or single inlet. how loud do want to go.

Because it's cheaper than the Stillen/HKS exhaust...Borla is another sub 1k exhaust.
