Has anyone used this? I'm thinking of pairing this with their angled plenum spacer. They claim a real 4-5 HP, as opposed to other CAI's. Thanks in advance.

they actually claimed an average gain of 4-5 hp... which doesn't really mean its gonna be a def. 5hp

 

Looks like same idea as Stillen, but $40 cheaper-cone filter and velocity stack right at MAF.
Go for it.

 

Yea...but Stillens actually get you about 10HP...

 

How is this like a Stillen? What seperates the Stillen from the others is the oem like heat shielding. this thing has zero. It's just like all the other hot air intakes.

Unless this has some kind of shield or box to stop the heat I would bet you loose power.

 

I didn' t say SAME, I said SAME IDEA-cone filter(does it make any difference if it's round or oval? May be that's why it has 5hp less than Stillen, because it's oval!) on velocity stack and it does come with a heatshield. Vendor integrity is a totally different story.
And, no I do not think Stillen adds 10 hp.
