Be careful with whatever you choose. I bought the HKS rear section and was disappointed with the drone between 1500 and 2500 RPM. Problem is anytime I was going uphill, even a very shallow incline, the RPM's were right in that region. So I sold it and went back to stock. My wife's stock Z4 has the sound I was looking for. A great growl no matter the RPM. No drone anywhere in the RPM range. I was not looking for power, only the growl. I wish there was someting for me.

Thanks for the advise.
It's always good to get some feedbacks from you guys, before I buy.

It sounds like everybody is really happy with Stillen.
Thanks for the input.

That's not too loud right.
I don't want that nasty Civic sound.
That is not my style at all.

georgio...the Stillen doesn't sound ricey at all. Its an aggressive sounding exhaust. Its going to come down to how loud you really want your exhaust to be.

Nope from what I have been reading and I think there is a sound clip on utube. I am planning on getting the Stillen Gen2 after I finish suspension.

Also the Stillen muffler looks like the stock muffler (dual tips on it).

Originally I wanted to keep the dual exhaust, but this Fujitsubo looks awsome too.

I don't think I've ever heard anything bad about the HKS rear section. I've heard Stillen Gen 1 & 2 in person and it's just to loud for my taste. I've never heard Borla in person but will get the chance to finally hear it in person this weekend so I can finally make up my mind on whether to go Borla or stick with my HKS.

I'll let you know what I think georgio of the Borla. Hopefully we won't be too drunk and I can take a spin in it to see how bad the drone really is (if any).
Hey, how was the weekend party?
Did you get a chance to listen to that Borla exhaust?
What do you think?

Cru came later than expected...so by the time he got there I was buzzing pretty hard and completely forgot about listening to the exhaust. I was playing host..making drinks, food, jokes

PM me your email address. I have some clips that may help you decide. I'll see when I can hook up with Cru again to hear it in person.

Damn, he was at my house too....drinking + trying to get something done, don't mix

Borla or Stillen?

Im leaning towards getting a borla exhaust for my sedan.. Is there any suggestioins? Maybe stillen sounds better? But I want more of a classy sound not a loud abnoxious noise..
