Hello I am looking into buying exhaust for my wife's 06 g35. I would like to get everyones input on which one to go with I have been leaning towards the NISMO exhaust. I am looking for one that is not extremely loud. also give me a few good places to buy thim from. thanks for your time in advance Brent

 

if you want something quieter then stay away from the Top Speed pro-1 exhaust, that junk is BEASTLY!!!! I have it on my car... holy crap loud...

i heard the nismo can be quieter than stock.

 

I heard the nismo one is quiet with a deep growl. imo if its for your wife's g35, I would just leave it stock. it sounds good and would be easier if you ever wanted to get rid of the car

nismo!! im saving up..look up NISMO G35 on youtube theres some exhaust clips...its quiter but with a deeper growll..sounds sweet imo

 

I think it's a waste of money to spend hundreds of $$ on an exhaust that sounds so similar to stock (Nismo) Honestly I would just keep it stock if your wife is going to drive it.. Does your wife even want an aftermarket exhaust?? And the stock exhaust is good enough anyways, love the stock sound

 

just get Hight Flow Cats for the stock exhaust... they will make it deeper and louder but not to loud

 

hfc's + stock exhaust is amazing... but if you want louder than stock go fast intentions for sure, that's what i think i'm going to do soon.

Is that thing REALLY REALLY that loud?? I live in So-Cal where all the cops are just SO BORED that they will pull you over for anything.. I am kinda scare :\.. But I've saving up and dreaming about this exhaust for the longest time... Is it really THAT loud tho? Louder than HKS or Amuse?

I have the RS-R GTII Exmag on my 06 G which is simular to the TopSpeed...
It's louder than stock but gives a really nice growl with the sliencer on.
And it really improves my performance by quite a bit.
