When we installed my cats, we removed the intake and heat shields for the headers for more room. Then with three 10" extentions and some patience, we were able to loosen up those bolts.
well the problem is not being able to reach it, i can get to it fine from under the car just the sockets wont fit, either too short or long, cause the the rack and pinnion, even went and bought a 14mm wrench, the one thats like a socket but not lol damn i donno its so frustrating

no, maybe ill try that, i need like a socket thats smaller than a deep socket and longer than a regular one lol, man maybe ill just take it to a shop, ill prob try again today tough
I used WD40 & air tools. Soaked it and let it sit for 15 minutes to penetrate. Just a zap and it came right off and my car had 75k miles on it at the time.

get a long metal rod and put your socket wrench in it. That'll give you more torque to twist off the nut easier.
