All they're just pipes and HFCs. It's really not rocket science. I've seen the Berks and they're quality looks far better than Fast Intentions or Cawfords. The mounting point of the HFC to the tranny brace is extremely beefy and the welds are the best I've seen. If I were to get a set right now, the Berks would be it. I've also seen a couple 3rd party dynos and there are some mild gains. With that said, I'm holding out for another vendor who will be releasing some HFCs in the near future.
will my exhaust tone become noticibly louder with HFC's? i'm looking to keep my stock exhaust sound but possibly make it louder and deeper. performance isn't important for me. would good HFC's do the trick?

I'm not saying that these Berk HFC do not work. All im stating is that I would not like to be some sort of "beta" tester for HFC that have not had many opportunities on VQ's thus far. Once they have been on many VQ's, and more data supports the fact that they do what they are suppose to do, I'll change my mindset. I personally would not get a product that hasn't had many chances on VQ's; therefore, not a 'proven' product.
I'm hopeful that these cats do the job like any other reputable HFC's out there. I hope people don't see my post as bashing or anything in that form... I'm just not the type of person that tries out newly released products that cost a good amount of $$$ (although they sure are cheaper than the other HFC out there).
