Doing the crawford plenum install - all is well until i strip the last and easiest of the four electric throttle actuator bolts. They use 5mm allen bolts and they were on very tight. I stripped out the 2 oclock one and have NO idea how to get it out.!!!!! SHOOOOOT

Anyone know the part #? Any suggestions that get this sucker out? So much for this getting done in 45 mins

ur going to need to go to ur local hard ware store and get a striped srew remover and ur that.... i hope u can get a ride u will also need to get new screw... good luck and that sucks man

now what happens if it's the other way around... where you strip the threads and not the screw head....?

Update

I tapped in a reverse bit and then broke in half. Put it back together and going to a pro - everything would have taken about 30 more minutes until this POS bolt went crappo. uhg. Road trip this weekend - i want my plenum!
