HKS Hi Power Exhaust

I'm wondering if you the HKS Hi Power Exhaust will pass the CA smog check? And also, does the HKS Hi Power Exhaust require you to change the catalyst converter? Thanks, I'm a n00b at this

The HKS exhaust will pass the CA smog test if you keep the OEM catalytic converters. The HKS bolts on to the OEM cats.
