All of you who have switched to hiflow cats or testpipes can save me the trouble of going to the mall this weekend and send your factory catalytic converter to....
Ha, I joke. But this gives me an excuse incase I'm ever confronted, "Son, you know you're supposed to have a catalytic converter on your car right?"

According to the article it's not hard for them... they don’t unbolt it - they cut it out... and they aren’t re-selling for use, they are reselling the "precious metals"... so they only need a portion.
I'm not saying anyone has anything to worry about... I find it hard to believe anyone would go to any trouble... but the economy is getting crappy so some people my do stupid ****.
I just thought it was interesting that the amount of metal was even worth anything. $2K-$3K in 30 minutes!!!?... That’s more than ANY of us make (combined)!
