The clips I heard of Bassani sound great. Borla is too quiet for my tastes. However, Borla is a true dual and provides the best flow. If Bassani is also true dual, or if you can sacrifice a few HP for better sound, go Bassani.

Bassani has an x pipe... it has better flow than Borla with H pipe

I've read on other web sites that the Borla actually loses power both top and bottom.

Link? Proof? I haven't noticed this on my sedan. But I'd like to have a X pipe vs their dual in/out muffler.

Neither of them, I don't know Bassani to judge it, but Borla is not worth the money i.m.o, the only exhausts I buy for the G for me is the HKS Hi-Power or the Fast Intentions But good luck and post sound clips on whatever you get

Borla is quite tho, for the money I rather get Fast Intentions, sounds like the stock exhaust on steroids with noticeable gains

Technically the borla is not a "true" dual exhaust since the pipes both enter a single canister before splitting out and the back end.

The only reason to connect the two sides is to reduce the gurgling sound that true separate pipes can make.

And for the love of all that is holy, will people not post up "I heard that blah blah loses power" nonsense without posting dyno info?

doesn't look like it lost power to me;

But in all fairness, get the fast intentions. . .it is a true dual. . . and my next exhaust.

Does the Borla really end up in a single? Learn something new every day!
