So there's a pretty big difference in noise from stock eh?

Think I might have to get one of these...

Does anyone know if I can close the hole in the stillen box where you can see the filter?I want to buy a stillen intake but in germany you need papers for an installment like this.So if I can cover the hole it will look like stock for the police and I have no problems with them.

Electrical tape?

I would just find a similar black plastic peice and screw it into the stillen air box.

+1 on the 4 screws provided. What are they for? Didn't use mine either because there wasn't any need for them. In fact they weren't even listed in the "included items" on the instructions nor were they mentioned in the install instructions.

Your picture does not show the "venturi ring". The cone filter attaches to the "venturi ring" with the metal band. Tighten the band and attach the filter to the ring. Then attach the MAF housing to the the back of the heat shield. On the inside of the heat shield, place the filter attached to the venturi ring against the back and fit the MAF screws thru to secure. It is all explained in the instructions!

make sure the AC line is not rubbing on the collar of the MAF sensor housing... its hard to tell in the pics, but it looks like it might be.
