Fast Intentions Exhuast

Did anyone's exhaust rattle when it was installed on the car? If so how do I fix it? Everything is tight and installed as instructed.

If you can get under the car check the pipe on the passenger side over the rear sway bar and look for wear marks where the pipe and sway bar could be hitting.

I have the same problem... Just got my exhaust put on by Midas...everything looks good but only occasionally if I rev then right when I let off the gas I can hear a little rattle. Sounds like its metal on metal and only lasts for a second or so but its worrying me like somethings loose.

Any suggestions?

The passenger side muffler tube is probably hitting the top of the sway bar occasionally. It only seems to be a problem when other shops install our exhaust. During the install process the when the system is on but not tight the x pipe has a certain amount of rotation to it. By rotating the right side of the x pipe up you can get the passenger side muffler tube higher. Now keep in mind, if you go too high then the top of the muffler tube will rattle on the bolt head above it. There is a happy medium for adjust ability. I hope that this little tid bit helps...
