hks and crowford hfc help

ok so as of yesterday my exhaust not changed for no reason....it now sounds like theres a lot of backpressure or something blocking the exit of the exhaust.... ive had this setup on my car now for at least 10k....any suggestions

make sure everythings connected fine. might have lost a gasket or blown a cat possibly.
