Finally got my Fast Intentions Exhaust! Thanks TONY!!

First off all I want to thank Tony from Fast intentions for parting out parts I needed and his help throughout my installation. I highly recommend him as his products!

I had never herd the exhaust in person, just audio clips and video. Let me tell you, the sounds clips do not do this exhaust justice!

The exhaust sounds amazing! Deep, mellow rumble keeping the exhaust note of the VQ. Sounds like the G hit the gym overnight and got some *****!...from little boy to man.

I installed the exhaust myself, took about 2hrs to uninstall OEM and install this one. The installation would have definitely been faster with a second person. Only downfall I have is that this exhaust scrapes on bumps my OEM did not, yet the sound is well worth it.

As for performance, I only had a few minutes to test it out and pull it on the street. I definitely feel a slight performance gain around 3k+.

Overall great product, GREAT customer Service.

Tony, thaks again for going out of your way to help complete this!

Details on the install? Do it in the garage with jackstands? Any custom fabrication to get it to fit?

Yes, I installed it in my garage. It took a little bit of time and patience and would have definitely been easier with two people. I jacked up the car and placed two jack stands in the rear, and left the jack stand in place for extra security and piece of mind.

Removing the OEM exhaust was pretty simple and easy.

I fitted this exhaust a few times and found the following installation method to be the easiest.

When installing this FI exhaust I found it easy to unbolt (4 bolts) the metal plate, to allow easier installation of the center piece, which is the first piece I fit in.

The second piece it installed was the two mufflers, hooking them up to the rubber mounts in the rear. WD-40 made the job A LOT easier! Once mounted, I bolted them to the center piece. Since I was working alone, I used a small jack stand to lift the center piece straight to make the connections to the rear mufflers easier.

Make sure to apply that gasket goop to each gasket, if you don’t like getting dirty I recommend some gloves.

Lastly, I installed the two front pieces to the center piece, bolting them to the front first then the center piece. One of the front piece was an adjustable one, I was able to loosen it a bit to make the tight fitment easier.

Entire installation took about an hour.

Run it to make sure you have no leaks and enjoy the new tune!

Probably canyon carving like a madman again. J/K Eric. Sorry to hear about that. But since you are going TT, maybe you should look into a GReddy Evo TT anyways.
