After work tonight a frind and I are installing my Ztube and PopCharger I have installed intakes on my other cars but it never goes as it should. Is the PopCharger as easy to install as the instructions show or is there anything else I should know about the install. Any help is appreciated...

 

Yes, it is very easy. The toughest thing about the install is putting those rubber strip seals around the isolator box. They can be hard to get on. I'd advise spreading the attachment rails a little with a screw driver.

Don't forget that line vacuum line that hooks into the "G" tube at the top, and the "Z" tube at the bottom. Somewhere near the middle of the tube.

Wa I did was slide it in..instead of trying to force it ..but split it open with a screw driver first..

Preperation was the hardest part..and those dam screws on the pop charger are impossible to take off..

Everything went nice and easy. I love the sound this intake gives off I find myself today taking short little trips anywhere I can before it starts raining. Thanks again for all your help...
